Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Optimize quantum algorithms for IBM, Rigetti, and D-Wave systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum-classical interfaces
- Develop patentable methodologies for quantum error correction
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- Track record of translating theoretical models to practical systems
