Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms leveraging 204+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for exponential computational acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-optimized AI solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in quantum AI methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Translate theoretical quantum computing principles into practical enterprise applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms (arXiv/IEEE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with superconducting quantum processors or photonic quantum systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects from concept to prototype
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
