Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics guidelines and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct independent audits on machine learning models to identify and mitigate algorithmic bias.
- Advise engineering teams on the ethical implications of new technologies and feature development.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, policy, or ethical auditing.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, and predictive modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks such as the EU AI Act or California Consumer Privacy Act.
