Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or advanced AI research
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to translate research into commercial impact
