Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026

- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon scans on AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Partner with R&D to prioritize innovation investments aligned with emerging market opportunities
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for product development and market entry strategies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects for Fortune 500 clients
