Qualifications

- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and quantum neural architectures
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or quantum information
- Expertise in high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum simulators
