Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems integrating fault-tolerant quantum processors with neuromorphic computing frameworks
- Design neural-quantum interfaces enabling bidirectional data exchange between biological systems and quantum processors
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for post-quantum era communications and data sovereignty
- Lead implementation of edge-AI inference engines optimized for quantum-accelerated machine learning models
- Create system architectures supporting real-time quantum error correction and adaptive resource allocation
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in quantum-enhanced autonomous systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum computing principles and hybrid system optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 7+ years architecting complex distributed systems with demonstrated quantum computing implementation
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum error correction, and quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum hardware platforms
- Deep understanding of neuromorphic computing frameworks and spiking neural networks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms (IEEE/ACM journals preferred)
- Certification in quantum security architecture (e.g., AWS Quantum Technologies Specialty)
- Experience leading technical teams in agile development of experimental quantum systems
