Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures supporting 10,000+ qubits
- Develop error correction protocols achieving 99.999% qubit fidelity
- Create quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical discovery simulations
- Architect cryogenic control systems operating at 10mK temperatures
- Partner with NASA and MIT on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Present quantum roadmaps to Fortune 500 CTOs and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
