Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Architect quantum hardware-software interfaces for seamless integration
- Validate quantum systems through rigorous simulation and experimental testing
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum computing methodologies
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Week and other premier conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Experience leading quantum algorithm development for commercial applications
- Certification in quantum hardware architecture (IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
