Responsibilities
- Design and optimize integrated renewable energy systems for commercial and municipal clients
- Develop advanced energy storage solutions to address grid instability and peak demand challenges
- Lead feasibility studies for hydrogen fuel cell integration in smart grid architectures
- Collaborate with AI specialists to implement predictive maintenance algorithms for renewable assets
- Ensure compliance with 2026 EPA and DOE sustainability standards and regulations
- Present technical proposals to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers on emerging carbon capture technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy Systems (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in solar/wind project development and grid integration
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in energy modeling software (HOMER, PVsyst, or DIgSILENT)
- Deep understanding of 2026 energy market dynamics and policy frameworks
- Experience with hydrogen fuel cell systems and microgrid deployments
- Strong Python/R skills for energy data analytics and automation
- Proven track record of delivering scalable carbon-neutral solutions
