Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuit architectures for industrial-scale applications
- Implement quantum error correction codes at hardware level
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for material science
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical discovery
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Lead quantum-AI hybrid model development
- Present quantum computing roadmap to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing R&D with hardware integration
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems
