Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum-accelerated training pipelines
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences and academic symposia
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum physics and computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of Shor's, Grover's, and quantum annealing principles
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
