What You'll Achieve:

- Lead hardware-software co-design for error-corrected qubits
- Develop proprietary quantum cloud infrastructure
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
Responsibilities
- Design quantum circuits for optimization problems in logistics and finance
- Implement quantum error correction protocols at scale
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-hybrid neural networks
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Mentor PhD-level quantum physicists and software engineers
- Present quarterly roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 15+ filings/year)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 5+ years in quantum computing hardware/software development
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong track record of securing government research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks
