Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures tailored for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms focusing on Generative AI and Natural Language Processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency to support real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reproducibility and robust deployment strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging AI trends, including quantum computing applications in AI.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying models in production environments and monitoring model performance (MLflow, AWS SageMaker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for ethical AI and contributing to the responsible development of intelligent systems.
