Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum algorithms optimizing performance for cryptography and AI workloads
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum systems with classical infrastructure
- Conduct research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Stay current with quantum hardware advancements from IBM, Google, and IonQ
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our innovation accelerator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record developing quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware limitations and error correction techniques
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
