Qualifications
- PhD in Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python and low-level programming
- Experience with superconducting or photonic qubits
- Understanding of NISQ-era limitations
