Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum physics and software engineering
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
