Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial deployment by 2026
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms and error-correction protocols
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Translate complex quantum physics concepts into implementable engineering solutions
- Partner with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies on quantum adoption roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware architecture
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of translating theoretical models into working prototypes
- Experience with quantum simulators and real quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
