- Develop roadmap for quantum advantage in AI and cryptography
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 15+ papers in Nature/Science or IEEE journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing $2M+ in research funding
- Proficiency in low-level quantum hardware interfaces
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
