Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks
- Proven track record of securing government research grants
- Experience leading teams of 15+ technical researchers
- Familiarity with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering or superconducting systems
