Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in machine learning and optimization
- Simulate quantum systems using advanced computational frameworks like Qiskit and Cirq
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum processors with 1000+ qubits
- Lead research initiatives to overcome quantum decoherence and error correction challenges
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published record in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical mechanics
