Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental research on quantum hardware systems and error correction protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy across the organization
- Develop patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Deep expertise in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and high-performance computing languages
- Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or adjacent fields
