Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic implementation potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation gaps and prioritize R&D investments
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technological insights into actionable business strategies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future adoption landscapes
- Build scenarios for technological disruptions and prepare mitigation frameworks
- Represent the company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and market disruptions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing scenario-planning frameworks for complex technological ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CTO Academy)
