Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Lead cross-functional projects to commercialize quantum solutions
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation workshops
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated experience with cryogenic quantum systems
