Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, machine learning, and simulation applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop scalable quantum software frameworks compatible with next-generation hardware
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions
- Translate theoretical concepts into practical prototypes with measurable performance metrics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in quantum computing
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum hardware systems
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
