Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and simulation frameworks
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and quantum hardware integration
