Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures compatible with 2026 technology standards
- Develop cryogenic cooling systems and quantum error correction protocols for enterprise deployment
- Lead integration of quantum accelerators with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen data protection
- Research and prototype novel quantum materials and superconducting circuits
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world commercial applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum-computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Engineering, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting systems
- Published research in quantum hardware or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and FPGA development
