Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and space-tech verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for global market shifts post-2025
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Author white papers on quantum-resistant cryptography applications
- Advise on regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Drive adoption of decentralized identity solutions across enterprise platforms
- Mentor junior futurists in ethical tech design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, MIT Press, etc.)
- Experience with scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech impact assessments
