Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive prototypes and market-entry strategies
- Partner with R&D to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and venture partners
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-ready thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products or ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, quantum systems, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with global influence
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, PhD, or equivalent practical experience)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
