Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for translating complex design concepts into fluid, high-performance 2D web applications. Your work will directly impact user engagement and brand perception.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable 2D interactive applications using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex visualizations across desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement detailed animations and micro-interactions.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve accessibility and browser compatibility.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers in best practices for vector graphics and animation.
- Integrate third-party libraries (D3.js, PixiJS, Three.js) to extend functionality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern CSS/SCSS.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 Canvas, SVG manipulation, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Experience with performance profiling tools (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex 2D animations and interactive projects.
