Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI architectures for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel Transformer models and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational overhead for edge deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs or generative models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
