Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Generative AI models with a focus on 2026 roadmap goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face ecosystems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLMs, fine-tuning strategies, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and MLOps practices.
