- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and engineers

- Partner with UN Sustainable Development Goals task force
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech regulatory landscapes
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants
- CF designation (Certified Futurist) preferred
