Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure tailored for 2026 workloads, focusing on efficiency and cost reduction.
- Advanced Model Development: Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of proprietary Generative AI models to enhance reasoning capabilities and output quality.
- RAG & Vector Database Optimization: Spearhead the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure real-time, accurate data synthesis.
- Multi-Modal AI Integration: Oversee the development of systems capable of processing and generating text, code, and visual data seamlessly.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous safety guidelines and ethical frameworks to prevent bias and ensure responsible deployment of AI agents.
- MLOps & Deployment: Build automated pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment, ensuring high availability across distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Expertise: Deep experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern inference engines (e.g., vLLM, TensorRT).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with cutting-edge concepts such as Agentic AI, autonomous agents, and memory-augmented neural networks.
- Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex system architecture challenges and optimize latency in real-time AI applications.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
