As a key member of our Technical Leadership Team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade scalability, ensuring our solutions remain ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on next-gen AI capabilities.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for large-scale machine learning and data processing systems.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with security and ethical standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
