Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 roadmap, defining the core principles of our next-gen AI ecosystem.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models that integrate seamlessly with legacy systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the research and development of emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage within the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their potential application in AI.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
