Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for the 2026 era, focusing on autonomy and efficiency.
- Lead research initiatives into advanced LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems and drive product innovation.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and reliability (MLOps) to ensure production-grade performance.
- Drive technical strategy for quantum-ready algorithms and next-gen neural architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience building production-grade AI systems using Python and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Vector Databases.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
