What You Will Do:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end design of our machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance in a high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning frameworks optimized for edge computing and low-latency neural feedback.
- Lead the technical roadmap for AI model deployment, focusing on next-generation predictive algorithms for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of neuroscientists, data engineers, and product managers to translate biological signals into actionable AI logic.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data pipelines handling sensitive neural data.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and human-computer interaction.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in senior architecture or leadership roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Deep experience with neural networks, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
