Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical architecture for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks tailored for enterprise use cases.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency and throughput, reducing computational costs by up to 30%.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Generative AI, Quantum Computing integration, and Edge AI.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks, NLP, and Computer Vision pipelines.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
