Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Define the strategic roadmap for AI evolution, ensuring our infrastructure is ready for the demands of 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge GenAI models into core products.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI, Neural Interfaces) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure all technical solutions adhere to the highest standards of security, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is a plus.
