Role Overview
In this pivotal role, you will design the core architecture for our upcoming AI suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into our main products, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of processing billions of data points daily.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models and neural networks to ensure high accuracy and low latency.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly features.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
