Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, focusing on autonomous agents and self-driving code.
- Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve reasoning capabilities and reduce inference latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and explainable AI (XAI).
- Pioneer novel algorithms for predictive analytics and real-time decision support systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and deploying machine learning systems at scale.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, vector databases, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products or leading high-impact research projects.
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance standards.
