Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models optimized for the 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Lead the design of Generative AI pipelines focusing on reduced latency and high-throughput data processing.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for the engineering team regarding future-proof coding and legacy system migration.
- Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise-specific applications.
- Ensure system security and compliance with emerging global 2026 data privacy regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to predict and implement trends 2-3 years ahead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
