Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure ready for the 2026 transition.
- Develop and optimize proprietary machine learning models, focusing on NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and explainability in high-stakes environments.
- Conduct research into emerging 2026-era technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning techniques, and RAG architectures.
- Strong grasp of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and real-time data processing frameworks.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
