Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms that push the boundaries of machine learning capabilities.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and bias mitigation across all deployed models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI systems from concept to deployment.
