Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI agent frameworks designed for the 2026 landscape, including multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to enhance reasoning accuracy.
- Optimize inference performance and reduce latency for real-time AI applications serving millions of users.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex 2026 vision requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility, monitoring, and governance of AI models.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agents to ensure safety, robustness, and alignment with human values.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with proven experience deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and vector databases.
- Experience designing complex distributed systems capable of handling high throughput and low latency.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
