Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures optimized for the 2026 era.
- Lead the integration of quantum-ready algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines.
- Define the technical strategy for the company’s 2026 product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform theoretical models into production-ready AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
