Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the architectural design for our flagship AI systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 era.
- Model Optimization: Develop and deploy state-of-the-art large language models and generative AI agents with a focus on inference efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Design distributed computing systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and high-frequency model updates.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and R&D teams to translate complex AI capabilities into consumer-facing features.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future of AI and contribute to high-level research discussions.
