Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Define and drive the product design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs across all touchpoints.
- End-to-End Design: Own the complete user journey from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, conducting usability testing and iterating based on feedback.
- Design Systems: Build and maintain scalable, component-based design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-forward environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a strong understanding of design handoff processes.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of projects that demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
