The Role:
You will be responsible for designing scalable AI systems, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our technology remains ahead of the curve. You will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning research and practical, high-impact engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning architectures for the 2026 era.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Define best practices for AI ethics, data privacy, and model interpretability.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and software engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on production systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
